You have the right to return products purchased through the website www.d-orbit.shop, without providing a reason, within 14 days.

The return period ends after 14 days:

1. For single-item orders: from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier) receive the item;
2. For orders with multiple items: from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier) receive the final item.

To return a product, you must notify us of your decision through a clear statement, such as via email at support@metaxy.eu, or through a letter sent by post to the following address: Metaxy s.r.l., Via Pomini 92, 21050 Marnate (VA), Italy.

If you submit the Online Return Form, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that you may be asked to indicate the reason for the return: providing this information is not mandatory, and failure to do so will not affect the exercise of your right of return the product(s). Additionally, in all cases of returns, regardless of the method, Metaxy will send you an email with an attached PDF document containing a code (RMA code) which we kindly ask you to include in the return package to facilitate the processing of your request. While not mandatory, returning the product in its original packaging helps ensure proper handling and processing.

You must send the return request within 14 days of receiving the goods to meet the deadline.

Refunds

If the conditions for refund are met, reimbursement will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof of shipment (e.g., a tracking receipt), whichever occurs first.

Refunds include the full payment for the item and delivery costs (if applicable), except in the case of partial returns:

For full returns: Delivery costs will be refunded.

For partial returns: Delivery costs will not be refunded.

Refunds will be issued using your original payment method at no additional cost, unless otherwise agreed.

You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Items must be shipped without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of your return.

You are responsible for any reduction in the product’s value due to handling beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Exclusions
